The hotel's location was excellent, providing easy access to several key attractions nearby. the staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the food was simply amazing! the carefully prepared meals served for Thanksgiving made it a truly memorable experience.

The food was top-notch and the service was excellent. We appreciated the attention to detail with the timing of room service and restaurant meals. the staff was friendly and welcoming which made us feel at home. The location was also convenient, placing us in the heart of beautiful nature.

Some areas of the property needed maintenance work - in particular, the last part of the road leading to the hotel was difficult to navigate. We also found the constant chillout music played throughout the day to be a bit too much sometimes, and the shower had a few issues, such as hot water running out suddenly.

The surroundings of this hotel are delightful, with lush green mountains and lovely hiking trails nearby. the staff do their best to make guests feel special and the rooms are elegant and comfortable, with nice touches like quirky decor and in-room Jacuzzis. the food is delicious and specially-prepared meals are available.

Lovely oasis of tranquility with friendly staff. Enjoyed the delicious food and the massage services were tempting. Although the road to the hotel needs repair, the location is perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful getaway.
